Sheila Grady, MSEd, is a retired elementary school principal and teacher.  She presents simple wellness protocols that put self-care into the hands of people of all ages.  Using tapping, breath work, modified tai chi movement, and acupressure, she will show you how to balance your emotions to reduce stress and anxiety.  Sheila is on the Board of Capacitar International, a non-profit organization dedicated to “healing ourselves, healing our world.”
